At Élevé Dance Labs, our mission is to cultivate artistry, athleticism, and discipline in every dancer who walks through our doors. We are more than a dance studio—we are a launchpad for talent, a home for creativity, and a training ground for the next generation of performers. Inspired by the legacy of iconic institutions, we blend technical rigor with innovative choreography to elevate dancers of all backgrounds. Whether you’re dancing for fun or aiming for the stage, we meet you at your level and push you to rise higher—because at Élevé, we rise by lifting our art.

Meet Our Staff

Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Brandon Allen began his dance journey at the age of five and started competing just two years later. He trained extensively in a wide range of styles, including Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Ballet. Throughout his youth, he performed in numerous community shows, halftime performances, and theatrical productions across the Toledo area.

After graduating high school in 2017, Brandon moved to New York City to train with the prestigious Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. There, he spent a transformative year refining his technique and deepening his artistic voice. In 2018, he returned to Ohio to launch his professional career as a choreographer and instructor at the very studio where his journey began. Over the next four years, he choreographed countless award-winning group routines, solos, duets, and full productions across a variety of genres.

In 2021, Brandon relocated to San Antonio, Texas, where he continued teaching and choreographing at multiple studios, gaining recognition for his creative work and building meaningful relationships within the local dance community.

Now, in 2025, Brandon proudly steps into the role of studio owner and director of Élevé Dance Lab. From student to teacher to leader, he brings a deep passion for dance and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of artists.

Jaclynn Sanchez is a Dance Director at a Private High School here in San Antonio, Texas and currently trains competitive dancers to pursue collegiate opportunities. With over a decade of experience in dance education, she has served as a Competition Director, Choreographer, and Judge for premier organizations including Star Dance Alliance.

 

Jaclynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and has trained with top industry leaders at Millennium Dance Complex in Hollywood, CA and Tremaine Dance Convention in Las Vegas, NV. Her professional highlights include performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City and receiving numerous awards for her choreography. She recently served as a judge for the Child and Youth Week Dance Competition in Minsk, Belarus.

Kirstyn Jade Leschber has had the honor of dancing professionally for several years—performing on international contracts, teaching across the U.S., judging on national tours, and choreographing for numerous studios and companies. She began her professional journey right out of high school as a corps de ballet and soloist member with Ventana Ballet, and later went on to complete two contracts as a featured dancer with Royal Caribbean.

 

Kirstyn currently serves as the Tour Director for Fly Dance Competition and an Adjudicator for Celebrity Dance Competitions. As she travels, she continues to perform and teach at conventions, staying deeply connected to both the stage and the studio.
